The starting point
Baker's Leaf was already posting. It just wasn't working. Content was going out, but with no strategy behind it: no consistent voice, no data-led decisions, and no plan connecting social media to actual sales. The page existed. The growth didn't.
What we did
- 01
Built one cross-brand strategy covering both the retail bakery and the training academy, so a single voice carried across both.
- 02
Moved to bilingual, geo-focused content in English and Nepali, which deepened local relevance and widened reach.
- 03
Optimised against performance rather than instinct: every post informed by what the data showed, not guesswork.
- 04
Delivered the full digital build-out — social profiles, brand partnerships, and a new website from the ground up.
The result.
9-month campaign
How this was measured. Follower, footfall and sales figures cover the nine-month engagement. The 146 conversations and $0.11 cost per result are from a single messaging campaign with spend under $16, reported from Meta Ads Manager — not a cumulative total across the account.
Four moving parts, one consistent brand.
- 01
Cross-brand strategy
One voice across Baker's Leaf's retail bakery and its training academy, so the two halves of the business stopped competing for attention.
- 02
Bilingual, geo-focused content
English and Nepali, written for Kathmandu rather than translated into it. Local relevance drove the reach.
- 03
Performance-driven optimisation
Every post informed by data, not guesswork. What worked got more budget; what did not was cut.
- 04
Full digital build-out
Social profiles, brand partnerships, and a new website built from the ground up to catch the demand the campaign created.
